Students’ facilitated access to the multimedia libraries, as well as their training in multiplex and computer classrooms with state-of-the-art equipment increase the quality of education and research.

Admission for İnternational Students for Undergraduate Programmed
A) On condition that they either final year students or graduates from high school;
1) Those that have a foreign nationality,
2) but later were permitted by the Ministry of the İnterior including their underage children who are registered in the document of leaving and who can certificate that they have the document regarding the Exercise of Given Rights, pursuant to the “(1) an infant born from the marriage of a mother or a father having applicants who would like to apply for the quotas of foreign admission should further review.
Those who have TRNC citizenship, reside in TRNC, have received secondary education in TRNC and have obtained GCE AL degrees (The General Certificate of Education – Advanced Level), and those who registered in the colleges or high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010 and currently have or will obtain GCE AL degrees are decided to be accepted.

The General Secretariat, consist of the General Secretary, Deputy General Secretary and subordinate units, provides the necessary coordination for the administrative units within the university body to work in harmony and works under the Rector. In addition, it is responsible for executing the correspondences with (Council of Higher Education) and other official institutions in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The General Secretariat is the administrative organization founded with the 51st article of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and the Decree-Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Upper Institutions and Higher Education Institutions.
